We have a new affiliate program where we pay each affiliate 25% commissions.

I would be willing to pay up to 20% commissions to an affiliate manager which would leave me only with 5% profits.

Your job would be to recruit, manage, and train the affiliates with my help.

Sending emails to websites, posting the affiliate offer on forums, etc.

Affiliates can be offline as well with many local stores that would love a secondary income stream or just adding it to their merchandise could make multiple sales a day.

Hi Ryan, I am confused about one thing. If your affiliate program pays 25% and you pay the affiliate manager 20% wont you be left with 55%?

50% are operating costs, expenses to run the upkeep of the backup facilities , tech support, etc.

That doesnt make much sense to me unless your sales where exactly the same each month. Hosting, tech support, etc. those are all fixed costs.

If you made 50 sales one month and 100 sales the next month your certainly not going to now pay more for your hosting, that will be increased profit.

It sounds like you are an affiliate a 25% margin is too low unless you are selling a high cost product or service.

Good luck!
